Collaboration is at the heart of strengthening Tennessee’s nursing workforce. The Tennessee Center for Nursing Advancement (TCN) actively partners with organizations across the state to support nursing education, workforce development, and best-practice learning. Through these partnerships, we aim to expand educational opportunities, enhance professional development, and address statewide nursing workforce challenges.

Building Strong Partnerships to Advance Nursing in Tennessee
Our partnerships extend to statewide nursing organizations, educational institutions, healthcare associations, and major employers. Key collaborators include the Tennessee Nurses Association, Tennessee Nursing Student Association, Tennessee Hospital Association, Tennessee Long-Term Care Associations, and nursing education leaders. To foster ongoing discussions and innovation, TCN facilitates Best-Practice Learning sessions, bringing together nursing professionals, educators, and industry leaders to share insights and develop sustainable workforce solutions.
