DATA DASHBOARDS
The Tennessee Nursing Workforce & Community Health Dashboard is an interactive data tool designed to support evidence-based decision-making, strategic planning, and program development to strengthen Tennessee’s nursing workforce. The Nursing Workforce and Community Health Dashboard is a related tool specifically focusing on the Ballad Health service area, covering counties in both Tennessee and Virginia.
Integrating multiple public and semi-public data sources, the dashboard highlights key workforce indicators alongside community-level factors such as social drivers of health. Users can explore local trends, identify areas of need, and better understand the broader context in which nurses live and work.
Developed through collaboration with partners across the state, this dashboard is a joint initiative of the Tennessee Center for Nursing Advancement and East Tennessee State University’s Center for Rural Health Research.
